Alongside Chris' work in the music industry he has vast experience working in sports coaching, sports development & education. He has a joint honours degree in Sports Studies & Business Management from the University of Manchester, as well as numerous coaching & SEN based qualifications. He has coached in 30 schools in his native the Isle of Man, as well as coaching Isle of Man Junior representative teams in cricket, hockey & football. He has also represented the Isle of Man on several international cricket conferences.
As a player he was in national Isle of Man squads in 3 sports as a senior and a junior. He also played semi-professional football when at university. Further to that he played against a Premiership football side as part of an Isle of Man Select team, as well as playing in Isle of Man's first ever international cricket fixture. At club level he captained 3 of his local sports clubs 1st teams in 3 different sports, as well as appearing on Sky Sports with Castletown CC back in the late 2000s.
He also has several years experience as a SEN support worker, and has worked with children with disabilities in a sports and academic capacity.
